2What we collect
- Account & contact data: name, business name, email, phone, country.
- Billing data: subscriptions are managed by Chargebee and payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive limited transaction data and do not store full card numbers.
- Brief & project data: briefs, brand assets, and any materials you upload.
- Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: messages you send us and support correspondence.
